The Ultimate Skin Care Routine

Great skin is DNA of the matter. You want to take the best care of your skin. But move into beauty store, or even the skin care passage of the pharmacy store. There are so many products in the stores that make your skin very beautiful, but it is so hard to know which ones you really require. A good skin care routine can help your skin look very great, smooth and feel so fresh.

What should I use in the morning?

Morning skin care routines are all about precaution and protection. Protect our face from damage by using many products as cleanser, sunscreen.

MORNING ROUTINE:

 Step 1: Cleanser

  • What your face in morning can serve many reactions. First and most important, a splash of water on your face will wake you up. your face feels clean in the morning.
  •  I advise washing it with a lenient, non-pharmaceutical cleanser, which will clean your skin without leaving it dry. Dry your skin with clean towel. If you are more unsafe to dry skin, use those cleansers which has hyaluronic acid to stay your skin hydrated.
  •  Use tepid water and carefully massage the face wash on your face.

 Step 2: Antioxidant cream or serum

  • An antioxidant cream or serum can safe your face in the morning. There are many products that have vitamin C, E or acids. Serums have a big quantity of following ingredients.
  • An antioxidant serum protects the skin from the harm. 
  • It can also improve the skin with production of collagen. 
  • Test another product in a small area to see how it works on your skin and with the other products in your routine.
  • Antioxidant serums helps to reduce the redness, wrinkles on your skin.
  •  Tap a few drops of antioxidant serum or cream onto your face and neck.

Step 3: Moisturizer

  •  A moisturizer is a great product which is used to moisturize and polish the skin. 
  •  Moisturizer hydrate and keep our skin to assist the skin barrier.
  •  Oily skin needs liquid moisturizer, but the greater advantage to use the moisturizer is to prevent from aging and to control the acne.
  •  Dry skin may benefit from cream-type moisturizers.
  •  Moisturizers helps to increase the water quantity in your skin.
  • Beneficial ingredients include glycerin, ceramides and antioxidants, and peptides.
  • Take a pea size amount of moisturizer and take it in your hands. Then apply on your face smoothly. 
Step 4: Sunscreen
  • A good sunscreen can safe your face from ultra-violet rays as you know that protecting your skin from ultraviolet (UV) rays is main part of a morning skin care routine.
    • Everyday use of sunscreen can decrease your risk of skin problems.
    • There are many others benefits of using sunscreen.
  • Make sure to apply it 20 to 30 minutes before going out from home. Never apply beauty products on top, as this can mix the sunscreen.
  •  Re-apply the sunblock to your face after every 2 hours while spending this time in the sun’
 Step 5: Eye cream
  • A good eye cream can illuminate, smooth, and nourish your eye area. Eye cream help to reduce dark circles under the eye, reduce puffiness and delicate eye area
  • Around your eyes, skin tends to be thinner and become so sensitive. It is also vulnerable to signs of aging.
  • Use ring finger to apply eye cream in pea-sized amount.

What should I use in the evening?

First concentrate on renovate the harm done during all the day with wide range products at night. At this time, we can use anything that makes your skin sensitive to sunlight, including scrubbing or peeling.

EVENING ROUTINE     

Step 1: Makeup remover    

  • To remove the make-up, we can use makeup removing wipes which help us to remove the dirt from your face.
  •  But most cleansers are not going to remove he makeup. Many skin products can remove makeup and dirt by using makeup wipes.

Step 2: Cleansers  

  • Next, wash your face by using a good cleanser or whose enhance to your skin type. Acne-prone skin may useful from a face wash that has acid.
  •  There are two types of cleansers which are oil-based cleanser and water-based cleansers.
  •   An oil-based cleanser can diffuse natural skin oils and break down make-up constituents. If you have oily skin then I prefer to use water-based product.  
  • The water-based cleansers usually contain wetting agents, which allows the water to rinse dirt and sweat. They can also remove oils collected by an oil-based cleanser.

 Massage into wet skin and rinse the skin with water before drying the face.                                                           

Step 3: Exfoliate mask

  •  Exfoliation is a process that removes dead skin cells and clear the pores, also remove impurities. I advise you to avoid some exfoliators if you have sensitive skin. 
  •  If you feel any type of irritation then stop using it and consult to the good dermatologist
  • Clay masks work to open pores and can also absorb excess oil.
  • Use clay masks thrice in a week on your infected area specially for sometimes then rinse with lukewarm water.   

Step 4: Hydrating serums

  • Hydrating serums contain vitamins that nourishes the skin and support skin health. Hydra-tors have different forms like some are serums and others are masks.
  • Apply a sheet mask onto your skin which gave us extra steroid benefits. It removes sebum from your skin.

Before apply hydrating mask on your face. First apply the mask on some area to test it, as they may contain many constituents that can cause irritation.

Optional skin care products

  • Toners: Toners freshen the skin through wetting and remove dead cells of skin and residue after cleansing. Toners are helpful to reduce pores.
  • Spot treatments: If you want to remove spots from your face, then apply indiscretion gels or benzyl peroxide but spot treatments can sensitive your skin to sunlight.    
  •  Face oils: Face oils are easily applied on the face. Before applying moisturizers, we can apply face oils for nourishment. Face oils decrease dryness from the skin.
  • Night creams: Night creams apply at night before bed. Night creams repairs the skin and brightens the skin.
